As Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day facility operations, services, and maintenance activities in the location. The position ensures assets are operated and maintained in a cost effective non-impacted manner while providing a safe, clean, comfortable work environment.

As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing analysis to support office space requirements and implementation of corporate standards (office, furniture, etc.) and operating efficiencies.
  • Developing and monitoring and reviewing , all facilities operating and capital budgets and ensure corporate policies regarding the recharging of shared facilities costs are adhered to
  • Reviewing processes, procedures and systems, ensuring that efficient, user friendly, customer focused solutions are consistently delivered
  • Being responsible for vendor management and asset management
  • Being responsible for all admin and facilities activities of the site / region assigned.
  • Being responsible for Manage procurement and onboarding process.
  • Managing stakeholder communication and progress reporting
  • Ensuring quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
  • Tracking project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be a graduate with 4- 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Have proven experience in admin and facilities function.
  • Have experience in vendor management and PO
  • Have experience in Asset management.
  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
