LOCAL COORDINATOR - RECRUITMENT

Join Education Travel and Culture (ETC), a non-profit [501(c)(3)] organization, dedicated to enriching the lives of young individuals through transformative cultural exchange programs in the United States.

About Us:

ETC encourages understanding and goodwill by providing high-quality educational and cultural exchange programs.

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to a Field Manager, your primary focus will be on recruiting volunteer host families (HF) to host an international exchange student.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying, recruiting & screening suitable host families. ETC provides training on proven methods for locating high quality host families and marketing materials to use for your recruitment needs.

- Building relationships with potential host families, school administrators, and community influencers

- Representing ETC in your community

- Promoting ETC through social media, email marketing, press releases, and public service announcements

As an HF Recruiter, your role is crucial in expanding our program reach, contributing to the success of our mission in your community and beyond, and ensuring a positive experience for all program participants.

Requirements:

- Self-motivated and well-networked within the community

- Driver’s License and reliable transportation

- Ability to pass a background check

- Completion of all required training

- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or community outreach is a plus

Compensation:

Up to $1,200 per full year student placed and supervised as well as travel incentives.

This is an independent contractor position with supplemental income based on successful host family recruitment efforts.

You will earn $300 per volunteer family recruited that hosts for the full year program and $200 for semester only families.

*If you also supervise the student, you will be paid $90 per month of supervision.

Total possible compensation for 1 FULL year student is $1200

Total possible compensation for 1 SEM year student is $650

You can also earn the 5-7 day Annual Travel Incentive Trip. Prior Incentive trip locations include:

· Italy, Cozumel, Maui, Germany, Costa Rica, Spain and more!

· Caribbean Cruise is scheduled for FALL 2024! Deadline to qualify is August 15th, 2024.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

- Driver's License (Required)

- Weekend availability

Compensation is dependent upon recruitment efforts and student oversight. **This position provides supplemental income ONLY**
