Job Title: Machine Logistics Coordinator

Summary
Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Machine Logistics Coordinator’s responsibilities include the management of efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations, while promptly resolving distribution issues. The Machine Logistic Coordinator will work directly with all internal and external clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. Additionally, they must work as a cohesive team with the Machine Logistics Manager, Project Management, and Shipping and Receiving teams.
Lastly, this position will be responsible for machine logistics between BLM Italy, and final customer and/or warehouse. This includes managing quotation process, tracking machine shipping status and finding ways to reduce costs.

Licensing/Certifications
Valid Driver’s License with no more than two (2) points on a driving record within a three (3) year period

The incumbent works primarily in an office environment, sitting for prolonged periods at a desk with a computer. May occasional work in a manufacturing facility where the noise level may be moderate to loud.
