Carry out reception and/or entry of merchandise in a timely manner.

Manage documentation for dispatch and delivery of products from the different sales channels.

Detail and report when there are differences between the items that should arrive by document and those that actually arrived.

Maintain accounting documentation [Invoice and Dispatch Guides] regularly and accurately.

Carry out efficient route planning.

Track routes via technological tools, which allow our clients to correctly trace their purchase.

Execute the billing processes and internal sales documentation.

Carry out the entry of merchandise that could not be delivered and its respective destination: Reprocessing, re-dispatch, Credit Note, Technical Service.

Maintain a pleasant work environment among peers and superiors.

Job Experience

Educational Level:

  • Professional training in business administration or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in administration, preferably in the retail sector.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills.
