Keep the heads and/or managers informed on an ongoing basis regarding the status and progress of the selection process.
Carry out the selection process based on existing job descriptions.
Confirm the temporary staff required in maintenance services provided for in the planning of each FSE Management Business Line.
Report KPIs regarding the recruitment and selection of incoming staff and complete assessments corresponding to the process.
