Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks and food items.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to brew coffee and prepare beverages.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide product recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions, operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Contribute to creating a positive atmosphere in the café, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
