The Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead an HR team. As a Saudi national (per labor laws), you will bring your robust background in sports, hospitality, or tourism to drive HR excellence. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something extraordinary, where you’ll be responsible for building and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws.
  • Liaise with governmental bodies for necessary approvals and documentation.
  • Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures that drive efficiency and compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing HR team.
  • Design and conduct regular training and development programs.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with our values and mission.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Establish and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Guide managers on providing effective performance feedback and improvement plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or related field.
  • Professional certifications like PMP, CIPD, SHRM are a big plus.
  • 7-10 years of HR experience in sports, hospitality, or tourism industries.
  • Proven track record in managing large teams and cultivating high-performance cultures.
  • Experience in the hospitality or sports industry, especially golf, is a significant advantage.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and Saudi labor laws.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Proficiency in HR software, Excel, and e-learning platforms.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
