Job Summary
Responsible for developing, analyzing, organizing and monitoring of General Ledger, supervision of the development and monitoring of PO Tracking/Supplies Fund System, and maintaining and controlling Manpower database and funds

Bachelor degree in Business or Public Administration in the field of Accounting, Financial Management, Economy, Management Information Systems, General Management, Hospital Administration, or Quantitative and Analysis

Professional Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience with at least two (2) years of working experience in the Financial or Budget field

Specialized Knowledge & Skills
Must have a working knowledge of accounting and budgeting
Knowledge of personal computers is desirable
Knowledge of various Microsoft Applications (MS Word, Excel) is required
