Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead all the back office team such as coordinators, Admin, Warranty, Quality, Technical and training support
  • Provide the required support to the operation team and to the customer

Role Purpose:

  • Coordinators - customer contact, tech scheduling, purchasing, invoicing, PO management etc.
  • Customer support call – Hotline / customer contact.
  • Quality / Warranty - customer and field support.
  • Tech support – provides post sales support ( internal and external customers)
  • Service Op’s Admin – large office admin support, office supplies, day to day functioning

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead the team.
  • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience .
