You will be responsible for overseeing the general administrative functions of the Legal department. Your duties will include assisting the attorneys with all organizational tasks by ensuring a high level of organizational efficiency, communication, record keeping and coordination between all departments.
Responsibilities
Administrative support for the internal legal department
Participation in the preparation of project coordination plans with timelines for the legal department and timely collection of stakeholder reports on this specific project
Organization of the daily office routine, in particular completion of general office tasks (filing, noting and reminding of deadlines, correspondence)
Receiving, forwarding and responding to phone, fax, email and Jira ticket requests
Processing incoming and outgoing emails via the legal department's email address
Filing and managing documents
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Communicating and working closely with outside counsel (independently forwarding tasks)
Formatting contracts and other documents
Qualifications:
Successfully completed commercial training and professional experience as a team assistant/office manager
Excellent written and spoken German and English, knowledge of Russian is an advantage
Very good knowledge of MS Office and all Google tools
Knowledge of Jira is an advantage
