Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and monthly projections among others.
Coordinate preparation of company's audited financial statements and ensure timely filing of all tax returns.
Check and verify expenditures before remittance of payments.
Prepare cheques and post payments/expenses on the accounting software.
Ensure proper maintenance, filing, security, and accessibility of financial and accounting documents.
Monitor and prepare petty cash reconciliations.
Monitor bank accounts and prepare accurate bank reconciliations.
Prepare and monitor monthly and annual budgets.
Prepare the company's monthly payroll on a timely basis.
Prepare and maintain accurate records for debtors and creditors and ensure the reconciliation of their balances.
Prepare and file all the firm’s statutory deductions on a timely basis.
Track company's financial status and performance and advise the management.
Keep a record of the receivables and follow up with the respective clients for payment
