The Role/Responsibilities:
The Operations Support Intern position is designed to provide an individual with an opportunity to learn as much as possible in a limited time span about our Operations Support function. The Operations Support function provides support primarily to Production, Procurement, and Tour Director teams in the areas of planning, logistics, and supplier communications. This involves supporting our late traveler enrollment process, finalizing group hotel details, Tour Director support and communication, and resolving service disputes with suppliers. The Operations Support Intern may also be assigned one or more projects involving various subject matter.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and possibly external stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Careful and thorough approach to ensure accuracy in tasks like data entry, report generation, and process documentation.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and develop solutions for operational challenges.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and possibly other industry-specific software.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Teamwork: Capability to work well in a collaborative environment with other team members.
- Adaptability: Willingness and ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing environments.
