Key Responsibilities
Ensure T-kash Agent Head Offices in assigned Territory are fully trained on product knowledge and engaged in T-kash business.Facilitate and ensure product availability in the Territory – T-kash float.Ensure sub agents in the assigned Territory are fully trained on product knowledge and engaged in T-kash business.Recruitment of Agent HO and sub agents.Recruitment of T-kash Merchants in assigned Territory and managing them to ensure that they are active.Trade management to ensure T-kash visibility in the Territory.
Qualifications- Academic and Professional
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in a sales role with an advantage to candidates who have experience working with a MNO
