Answer telephone calls, take messages and handle in a satisfactory manner;
Prepare and update staff records and contact lists;
Maintain an effective filing system.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant discipline;
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in multi-national companies;
Well experienced in serving various types of people as well as effective phone call handling skills;
Capable in handling multi-tasks among reception and administration duties;
Customer oriented, good tone and manner in handling phone calls;
Presentable, detail-minded and well-organized;
Proficient in both written and spoken English
A flexible team player with high proficiency of interpersonal skills and
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
Immediately available is preferred.
