The Automotive Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership or service center. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk operations, handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between customers and the service team.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Coordinate with service advisors to manage appointment slots and ensure efficient service operations.
Check for any messages from customers received overnight or early in the morning.
Respond to urgent queries and categorize messages that need further attention
Confirm that all vehicles scheduled for pickup from the previous day have been picked up from addenda.
Cross-check with the pickup schedule to ensure none were missed.
Identify vehicles ready for delivery.
Notify customers via WhatsApp and phone calls regarding the delivery status.
Prepare and send the daily estimate email to insurance company.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
