JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE PURPOSE:

Experienced document controller to join the cataloguing team for the receipt and process of the spare parts date packages and ensure transmittals


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Consolidate, prepare and checks Cataloging Production Dashboard of all
    Cataloging Discipline (Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation).
  • Management assistant of Cataloging and BOM linkage department. Communicate with stakeholders to acquire missing information
  • Assist in ensuring optimal relationships with clients and administered all business requirements.
  • Preparation and submittal of the invoices
  • Prepare reports on performance, then measuring them against set of indicators
  • Preparing reports to the client

KEY RESULT AREAS:

Shall be able to maintain tracking of SPDP and invoices


Years of Experience/ Sector:

Minimum 2 Years for Saudi (7 Years for Expat).


Job-Specific Skills:

  • Experience in SAP system
  • Experience in MS Office applications
  • Experience with dealing with clients
  • Ability to communicate and write in English
  • Ability to prepare reports
  • Ability to prepare invoices
