Signage Coordinator
Role to be a part-time remote start mid September 2024 to November 20, 2024
November 21- December 20, 2024: On ground in Riyadh
End of contract December 20, 2024
  • Owner of Airtable input from incoming signage requests and eagle eye for detail
  • Work with Signage Managers to communicate signage material, size, quantity needs for production
  • Manage tracker for 9SS
  • Coordinate communication to 9SS on due dates and sending finalized artwork to production team
  • Work with Sr Signage Manager, Signage Managers to include cost of items in Airtable
  • Support Sr Signage Manager in communicating timelines, progress, and deadlines to the Signage team
  • Support install across site with team as needed
  • Ability to notice when there is an issue (i.e. plant hasn't shown up, sign is upside down) and either correct or elevate it
  • Other duties as assigned
  • This role is subject to flexibility and may vary based on project needs

Qualifications:

  • Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal & written

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2 years of event experience, preferably at national and/or international level.

  • Past experience in the GCC area preferred, especially KSA, Dubai, Qatar, etc.

  • Computer skills: Macintosh OS or Window platform using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Adobe Illustrator.

  • Past database tracking software use preferred or willing to learn (Airtable)

  • Evaluate approaches and discover efficiencies

  • Strategize, meet and devise plans with executives and core team members

  • Formulate strategy and direction

  • Play a key role in communications with all stakeholders and all departments

  • Ensure legal and contractual documents are correct

  • Provide outside view to the team for POV and reference

  • Guarantee communication paths are frequent and open

  • Enforce policies & procedures

  • Ensure that all work conforms to pre-established specifications & standards.

  • Take initiative, multi-task, and work positively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Work with discretion, diplomacy, confidentiality, and tact in high-pressure settings.

  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency & act responsively.

  • Work independently as well as within a team environment.

  • Supremely organized, detail-oriented, and thorough.
