We are looking for a highly organized personal assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for the Chief Client Officer, MENA and the Managing Director in Saudi Arabia. For this role, we must comply with the Nitaqat labour law, with a focus on hiring Saudi Nationals.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling tasks on behalf of the MENA CCO and Saudi MD
  • Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties
  • Arranging daily transportation schedule for staff in the Riyadh office
  • Managing senior management travel in MENA as needed
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, booking client appointments
  • Organizing the CCO and MD’s calendar daily
  • Managing facilities for scheduled events
  • Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes
  • Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services
  • Support in new business vendor registrations as needed

Ad-Hoc assignments/ reports:

  • As per the direct supervisor’s request

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Basic knowledge in software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom
  • Able to work longer hours and on weekends should the need arise
  • Must have experience of 3 years
  • Must reside in Riyadh
