Salary: Pro rata of £23,151 per annum (i.e. £18,771.08)
Work Pattern: 30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team of administrators at our central Brighton campus.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to be part of the team who deliver an outstanding service for staff, students, and our external partners. As our Administrative Assistant, you will undertake a range of administrative duties to support the work of our curriculum teams and the delivery of cross college initiatives. They will provide administrative support to the Business Administration Manager, the Head of Learning and the Department Management team. It is a busy department with several work streams and events happening concurrently and an ability to multi-task is key.
A strong customer focus underpins much of the work with interactions with a variety of people and institutions: staff, students, parents, external suppliers, community, awarding bodies, local employers and stakeholders, awarding bodies.
Our administrative teams cover Monday to Fri 09:00-17:00. The working pattern will be discussed at interview. Please note that there may be a requirement to support evening or weekend events - any such arrangement would be agreed in advance and time off in lieu agreed.
