As an innovator in intelligent testing for semiconductors and high-end manufacturing, the company offers a range of sophisticated products and solutions for top-tier clients. In order to further expand the European market, our customer is opening offices in Munich and Dresden and is looking for more talents to join the company's team.

Base: Munich or Frankfurt, Germany

Job Description:

  • Responsible for formulating, organizing, implementing, and achieving annual work goals for major clients based on sales targets;
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with major clients, as well as conducting business negotiations to uncover their long-term needs;
  • Responsible for collecting and analyzing market demand information related to the area under its jurisdiction;
  • Coordinate various customer resources, cooperate with the marketing department to carry out exhibitions, academic conferences, and product launch promotion activities;
  • Scientific customer management, providing high-quality services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • The main industries are: chemical, energy, materials and other fields;

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in chemistry, chemical engineering, marketing, or related fields;
  • More than 10 years of sales experience in the automation industry (in local European countries), familiar with chemistry, chemical engineering, and automation
  • Priority will be given to those with dynamic sales and abundant channel resources;
  • Possess excellent market analysis and customer relationship management skills, as well as successful experience in operating major client projects;
  • Have good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit;
  • Passionate, able to handle work pressure, and able to adapt to business trips.
  • Have good communication and expression skills in English/German
