Job Details of Software Developer for IoT- and AI-Solutions (m/w/d)

Your mission

• You lead the technical aspect of an agile team to deliver high-quality Ai and IoT solutions.
• You design scalable software solutions and ensure compliance with software quality standards.
• You make technical decisions and create the basis for project success.
• You work closely with DevOps, Software Architects and Developers.
• You support and develop your team and act as a mentor.
• You solve complex performance and architecture challenges for processing and analysing big datasets.
• You support a Product Owner and other stakeholders to define and refine project requirements.

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science with at least 5 years of experience in software development.
• Your expertise includes programming languages (java, python, TypeScript, JavaScript), software architecture and deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• You have already worked in the agile framework and are confident in using agile methods and project management tools.
• You are fluent in speaking and writing in German and English (at least B2 level).
• You demonstrate strong leadership and have excellent communication skills.
• You are characterised by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Innovation and the development of efficient solutions are a priority for you, coupled with a high degree of personal responsibility and initiative.
