Join Fish’s Minneapolis team in our fast-paced Legal Talent Department as a Legal Recruiting Assistant.

How Will You Make a Difference?

  • Intake and sort resumes and enter candidate information into departmental database.
  • Respond to general inquiries from candidates and search firms.
  • Generate offer, acceptance, and rejection letters as well as other correspondence.
  • Assist with interview scheduling.
  • Provide a “first screen” to resumes to identify candidates that should move forward in the process.
  • Update and maintain recruiting database and SharePoint site.
  • Assist with planning the summer associate program including preparation before, support during, and follow up after the program.
  • Assist in organizing on-campus events.
  • Coordinate necessary travel arrangements in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform a variety of recruiting tasks according to established policies and procedures.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Minimum one year of administrative experience, preferably in recruiting in professional services.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications required.
  • Experience supporting high level attorneys/executives and the ability to work with confidential information is preferred
  • Ability to work in the office at least 2-3 days per week and as needed.
