Based in LaGrangeville, NY at Sky Acres Airport, Styles Logistics Inc, has served the aircraft community as well as the aviation industry at large for over fifty years.

Payrate: $17-$20hr

Summary:

Great entry-level job learning day-to-day processes of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Looking for a self- starter who is motivated to work and learn in a team environment.

What You Will Do Everyday:

• Scan and digitally file invoices and documents.
• Receive and retrieve ACH(Automated Clearing House) remittance notices and match with supporting documentation.
• Perform vendor statement reconcilations, follow-up on missing invoices and input for payment using proper costing and coding.
• Generate and email customer invoices.
• Daily incoming credit card payment reconcilation.

Requirements:

• Computer proficiency including Word and Excel.
• QuickBooks proficiency (preferred).
• Detail-oriented and professional with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
