Summary:
Great entry-level job learning day-to-day processes of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Looking for a self- starter who is motivated to work and learn in a team environment.
What You Will Do Everyday:
- Scan and digitally file invoices and documents.
- Receive and retrieve ACH(Automated Clearing House) remittance notices and match with supporting documentation.
- Perform vendor statement reconcilations, follow-up on missing invoices and input for payment using proper costing and coding.
- Generate and email customer invoices.
- Daily incoming credit card payment reconcilation.
Requirements:
- Computer proficiency including Word and Excel.
- QuickBooks proficiency (preferred).
- Detail-oriented and professional with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
