Architectural Sales Executive

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads for commercial projects and government tenders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial lead through contract signature.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and status updates in the system provided by the concerned person.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of the field and capable of communicating certain technical subjects in that field.
  • Demonstrate work and professional ethics and is socially smart.
  • Understanding in city laws and legal processes and restrictions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the commercial and government tendering process:

Fluent in Arabic

Citizens who are freshers with architectural related degree are acceptable.

Regular Visa 18 (Ahli), Immediate Joining,

with Driver's License and Car

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to KD600.000 per month
