Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Executive on a part-time basis to join our Dubai team. This role is ideal for an organized professional with strong data management skills who can ensure accurate and timely entry of essential information to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter and update information in our systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for relevant departments.
• Document Verification: Review and verify source documents for completeness and accuracy before entry, resolving any discrepancies as needed.
• Reporting Support: Assist in generating regular reports and summaries for management, highlighting key data points and trends.
• Record Maintenance: Organize and maintain digital and physical records in an orderly manner to support quick access and efficient data retrieval.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with logistics, inventory, and admin departments to ensure data consistency and support operational needs.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with experience in data management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a part-time schedule.
• Basic understanding of logistics or inventory data is a plus.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management are a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar data entry role is preferred but not required.
