Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with correspondence and documentation needs.
• Document Control Systems: Develop and implement efficient document control procedures, ensuring all files are securely managed.
• Sales Presentations and Materials: Prepare and organize presentations and sales-related materials to support team initiatives.
• Document Accuracy and Indexing: Ensure documents are accurately completed, properly indexed, and distributed to relevant team members.
• Progress Monitoring: Track document flow and maintain oversight of processing timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Data Management: Maintain document databases, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and security of information.
• Training and Support: Guide and train the sales team on document control processes and system usage.
• Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits and work closely with compliance teams to verify document accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales documentation, preferably in real estate development.
• Familiarity with sales CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.
