We are looking for an experienced receptionist/administrator for Bury North Community Team based in Newmarket. The role is a temporary position. We are looking for someone to work:
30 hours per week to cover Monday to Friday
You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems. You will be able to evidence a flexible response to service needs and the ability to think creatively. Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintaining strict confidentiality are also essential.
We can offer a welcoming, friendly and supportive environment that puts the needs and care of our service users first and provides a responsive administration service to the Community Mental Health Services. You will be encouraged to develop your skills and knowledge.
Previous administration experience is essential. Full training will be given for the specific role and our systems.

Whilst this role is primarily supporting reception/telephone calls the following task may be required.
Minuting of meetings on a regular basis, supporting with Medic work as required, ensuring orders are placed for stationary and other required items on EP2P, and all other administrative duties as required to support service needs.
