We have vacancies for a full and part time time, Band 2, Clerical Officers / Receptionist - Front and Back Office, to work at the Royal Oldham Hospital. These posts are seccondments / fixed term for 12 months.
You will be responsible for creating ‘mini’ medical records for clinical use including EDRMS Form Pack generation, undertaking reception duties and support for patients checking in for appointments across a number of receptions desks across all Trust sites including satellite clinics within the community. You will undertake the booking and scheduling of patient appointments and associated administrative duties.
All activities within the Booking and Scheduling Service must comply with the Trust’s Elective and Cancer Access Policies and ensure patients are offered an appropriate choice of appointments.
Hours of work will vary between 8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
One post is for Salmonfields and is to work between 7.30am and 7.15pm, 7 days a week on a rolling rota and does include lone working during weekends.
