Westfield is a popular one-form entry village school, set in the countryside just outside of Hastings. We believe our role, as educators, is to prepare children to be successful in life. We are a good school and we are looking for a warm, hardworking and enthusiastic School Receptionist to join our friendly and experienced office team to assist with day to day administration tasks.
The role is varied and demanding and therefore the ability to multitask and work well under pressure, whilst still following required processes, is essential. Strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail and accuracy, flexibility and the ability to use your own initiative is key. You will also have excellent communication skills and be confident dealing with a variety of people as you will be the first point of contact for parents and other professionals.
The ideal candidate will:
Be confident using Microsoft Office, Office 365, GoogleDrive and have experience of information management systems
Have previous experience in an school administration role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate initiative and work well within a team
