School Administrator/Receptionist (maternity cover) – term time only, 40 hours per week, 8.00am-4.30pm, Pro rata salary £23,263- £24,001; FTE salary £24,027 - £24,790.
St Mary’s is a residential special school and college for pupils / students aged 5 to 19 with speech, language and communication needs, learning difficulties and other associated SEND.
We are seeking to recruit a School administrator / receptionist (maternity cover).
The successful candidate will work in our busy school office as part of our administrative team. This is a full time position for 40 hours per week, Term-time only This is a fixed term maternity cover contract from approx. mid January 2025.
Responsibilities include providing a welcoming and professional reception and administration service and excellent secretarial and communication support for the leadership team. This is a busy role that requires flexibility and initiative, but provides a variety of interesting and engaging tasks. We can offer a highly positive working environment, a great staff team, and wonderful pupils / students to work with.
