Assistance to users in daily work with our programs for work in retail, wholesale, warehouse, procurement and other areas covered by the program

• Education of users in work
• Solving user inquiries (email, telephone)
• Proactive support and guidance of users to more efficient use solutions

Job Experience

What are we looking for?
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in some process of retail, wholesale, procurement,…
• Knowledge of business processes (retail, wholesale, procurement, warehouse, accounting, etc.)
• Experience working with the Windows operating system and office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook )
