To undertake a range of duties ensuring the provision of an efficient reception service and the accurate recording of patient information on the Trust Radiology Information System. To participate in all queries from patients, visitors and medical staff as a first line of contact in a clinical environment. The post holder will be expected to work Trust wide with varying working patterns including but not restricted to 8.00 to 20.30 Monday to Sunday. To participate in all aspects of the administration service within Radiology.
To undertake a range of duties to ensure an accurate and efficient waiting list and bookings service is available to GP services provided by the Radiology Directorate. To act as a first point of contact for the GP service and co-ordinate all GP appointments and enquiries using initiative to discern between queries ensuring minimum disruption, seeking immediate response depending upon appropriate action.
