CTC Up to 3LPA We prefer immediate joiners KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Handling E – mails and drafting for internal and external communication – memos, presentations, reports 2.Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners 3.Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner 4.Managing calendars and set up meetings 5.Making travel and accommodation arrangements 6.Racking daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports 7.Overseeing the performance of other clerical staff. 8.Taking minutes during meetings 9.Screening and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence 10.Organizing and maintain the General Manager dashboard, filing system, etc
