The purpose of the role is to deliver customer happiness at every interaction.
As a CX Associate, you must be based and working in the UK at all times, operating from your dedicated home workspace. In this role, you will support our clients by answering calls, responding to live chats, booking appointments, and taking messages.
As well as providing stellar service to our UK-based clients, you’ll also have the opportunity to support our clients across the US and Canada.

We have several positions available for this self-scheduling role, where you will select your own shifts based on business needs and availability. However, you are required to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, which must include at least 3 hours on Friday and 3 hours on Saturday.
Your Internet Connection: Cable/Fios or high-speed DSL (no DSL Satellite, wireless, satellite, LTE/4G, MIFI, VPN, or WiFi extenders). No shared connections.
Good Internet Speed: Minimum 10 Mbps download, 4 Mbps upload.
Wired Connection: Ability to hardwire the computer to the internet using Ethernet cable.
Computer Display: Supports at least 1280x800 resolution.
Processor: 2.0 GHz or higher, excluding C+G type, Celeron, or Chromebook processors.
Operating System: 64-bit, Windows 10 or 11; MAC (2017 or newer) running Big Sur or Monterey.
Memory: 8GB RAM or more.
Boot-up Time: Less than 3 minutes.
Webcam: For training and meetings.
Personal Phone: For 2-factor authentication.
