As part of the Cabin Crew recruitment team your role will deliver a seamless recruitment experience for the Emirates Group from sourcing to hiring, ensuring candidates align with our values and are capable of excelling in their roles. Key Responsibilities

• Understand Recruitment Needs : Translate departmental needs into annual recruitment plans
• Advisory Role : Guide Talent Acquisition Coordinators on best practices and identify areas for improvement.
• Process Optimization : Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the recruitment process.
• Data-Driven Insights : Collect and analyse performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Deputise for Team Lead : Step in for the Team Lead when needed, advising on tasks such as managing job requisitions, candidate file management, and onboarding processes.
• Support Recruitment Campaigns : Manage high-volume recruitment for roles Cabin Crew, both locally and globally.
• Selection Methodologies : Recommend and implement assessment techniques to identify candidates' technical and cultural fit, guiding hiring managers in decision-making.
• Build Relationships : Foster strong, professional relationships with hiring managers, balancing process integrity with departmental needs.

Qualifications & Experience: To be considered for this role you must meet the below requirements:

• 12 yrs schooling or equivalent and +5 years of recruitment experience OR Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in-house or agency recruiter

Knowledge/skills:

• Desirable: CIPD or any other HR professional certification
• Experience with various selection processes (Digital Assessments, video interviewing, telephone interviewing, reference checks)
• Ability to conduct interviews using a behavioural competency framework
• Ability to organise skills assessment centres (In tray activities, work samples, presentation topics)
