As part of the Cabin Crew recruitment team your role will c ollaborate with stakeholders to attract and secure top talent globally for the Emirates Group during this exciting time of transformational change.

• Talent Acquisition Strategies : Develop and implement effective strategies and processes to achieve recruitment goals.
• Sourcing Channels : Utilize various channels to engage and acquire top talent.
• Data-Driven Improvements : Leverage data to identify opportunities for improvement, enhancing both stakeholder and candidate experiences.
• Project Contributions : Participate in Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Compliance and Confidentiality : Maintain compliance and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
• Team Support : Assist peers and team members in achieving Talent Acquisition targets.
• Operational Tasks : Manage job requisitions, candidate file management, cabin crew approvals, and process files for onboarding
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for enhancement, and drive impactful results.
• Candidate Communication : Ensure open, timely communication throughout the candidate journey, addressing their needs effectively.
• Information Sharing : Provide accurate and relevant information to prospects and candidates about the business and available roles.

Qualifications & Experience: To be considered for this role you must meet the below requirements:

• 12 years schooling or equivalent
• 4 years’ experience in customer service, Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Knowledge in Recruitment administrative procedures and handling high volume campaigns.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in candidate processing, reporting and planning processes.
• Ability to prepare reports
• Knowledge of creating and managing candidate talent pools across multiple geographies
• Intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mind-set and the desire to constantly improve
• Able to form relationships and build trust
• Open and flexible approach; able to adapt quickly to changing business needs
• Positive attitude to persevere through challenges
