1. To provide day to day system support to ensure smooth running of IT function.
2. To review and analyze system logs and identify the potential issues proactively
3. To coordinate with development team (in-house/ vendor) to close the issues & incident on time
4. To ensure the closed/expired transactions are purged periodically to maintain system performance level
5. To analyze the recurring issues and coordinate with respective development team to fix it permanently
6. To identify new features in the system to optimize the productivity
7. To maintain and configure the Master Data Setup
8. To perform sanity testing on the new functions prior to implement in testing environment
9. To provide hand-holding training for the key users on the new functions
10. To ensure system up-time meets the target specified in SLA
11. Complete all tasks assigned by line manager
