Purpose of the Post is to support WHO Country Office Pakistan Fleet Unit while carrying out of all related activities and processes particularly those pertaining to WHO Pakistan fleet with special focus on effective and efficient management of WCO vehicles and rental vehicles (EPI), in Federal and provincial levels. Ensuring accountability and proper use of resources in efficient and effective manager in line with WHO SOPs, rules and regulations


Organizational Context: Under the direct supervision of WCO Operations Officer, Pakistan and technical guidance from the Fleet Manager, the incumbent will undertake the following duties:

1: Monitoring of WCO Vehicles and Rental Vehicles to ensure that the drivers and vehicles are compliant with WHO’s fleet safety and management policy on daily basis.

2: Ensure close follow up with provincial EPI fleet focal points to make sure demand of vehicles for EPI are realistic and proper vehicle request form is issued to rental companies on regular basis.

3: Coordinate with concerned fleet focal points to have random check on log books and fuel consumption of rental vehicles and address issues related to repair/maintenance of WHO vehicles.

4: Ensure WHO’s rental vehicles are fully functional, compliant to terms and conditions of the LTAs as well as Fleet SOPs.

5: Check and verify rental invoices to make sure that invoices are matched with demand requested by WHO and keep track record of all submitted invoices for future references.

6: Verify rented vehicle fuel slips submitted by authorized technical teams and submission with finance for reimbursement as and when needed.

7: Support WHO internal and external missions with necessary arrangements of Airport-pick up and drop off, as well assigning vehicles for daily activities.

8: Manage and assign duties to WCO pool of drivers

9: Any other relevant duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
