HR Manager

We are currently looking for an HR professional to join our Shanghai office of ZF Chassis Module Shanghai Co., Ltd. (A joint venture company of ZF and Foxconn)
Your tasks:
- Consulting to local employees on HR issues
- Implementing & applying global standards on site in close cooperation with global HRs. Ensuring HR compliance to standard processes, policies and local regulations
- Coordinating and implementing employee lifecycle management incl. recruitment and onboarding, performance management, learning and development, career progression and employee offboarding at the site
- Resolving Labor relations and dispute at site level
- Coordinating all communication activities in AP incl. China, Southeast Asia and India. Develop and execute internal and external communication strategy to strengthen the company's footprint in Region AP
Your profile:
- Bachelor Degree+ in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR or Communications/Marketing experiences from global organizations., profound HR knowledge and skills with a high execution and delivery focus
- Experience in an MNC, matrix organization, highly articulate with strong written and oral communication skills both in English and Chinese
- Excellent knowledge of automotive industry's challenges. Understand key drivers within automotive landscape in China
- With deep expertise in communications and strong contact to the marketing and media world of Region AP
