Responsibilities

Job Summary: The purpose of the role is to support DSC Taiwan to implement and execute people strategy and main responsibility is in employment relations and employee engagement to win with integrity, excellence and respect for people to achieve DHL’s Employee First Choice Mission. As a professional HR BP at DSC, you are expected to be a trusted and valued business partner for managing and maintaining positive relationships between our company and its employees. In this position, you will be expected not only to handle various employee-related tasks such as counseling, coaching, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws knowledge and experience, but also support the development, delivery, and communication of programs, practices, and training that address matters related to employee engagement initiatives. This role is critical in fostering a productive and engaged workforce, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment. Responsibility HRBP (50%) and ER Manager (50%) - Provides HR policy and process guidance and interpretation. - Provides guidance and input on business workforce planning. - Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. - Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. - Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. - Ensure HR operations for compliance within HR policies and procedures. - Work with each HR COE to drive standardization and enhance effectiveness, in terms of HR systems, processes and daily operations. - Advise, coach and mediate on HR-related matters with employees, support supervisors and on site HR personnel on employee relations issues. - Lead the development and execution of employee engagement programs. And, manage and oversee the employee recognition program. - Facilitate and manage labor related conference/committee’ operation and relationship (example: Labor Management Conference) - Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or business-related focus - 5+ year experience in a HR role, Employee Relations or Employee Engagement is a plus. - Experience of advising on complicated Employee Relations issues is preferred. Additional Preferences - Strong interpersonal communication skills including Influencing and coaching skills. - Being an enthusiastic team player with strong drive to create a positive work environment. - Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment - Master’s degree in organizational behavior or related field
