We are seeking a highly motivated Property Sales Consultant with experience in development companies to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Property Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and leasing residential and commercial properties to prospective clients. Your role will involve conducting market research, building relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties that meet their requirements.
2. Nurture and build relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing them with suitable property options.
3. Coordinate and conduct property viewings, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property.
4. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring all necessary documentation and legal requirements are met.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
6. Stay updated with market trends, property prices, and competitor activities to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
7. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or queries raised by clients.
8. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
9. Attend industry events and network with potential clients and industry professionals.
10. Maintain a database of clients and follow up on leads to generate repeat business and referrals.
