Administrative Assistant / Office Manager

Job description

We are looking for several new Administrative Assistants. All applicants must have an average knowledge of English. Previous experience is not required. We are looking for bright and energetic individuals who have an apt for multitasking.

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has excellent problem-solving abilities, is passionate about delivering results on time, exceeding expectations, and ensuring success for our teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Entering orders into company software system
  • Entry of packing slips and invoices
  • Manage inventory in company system
  • Provide excellent customer service experience both online and offline.
  • Serve as an “administrative hub,” performing secretarial duties such as answering phones, inquiries, and routing correspondence to the appropriate unit.
  • Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
  • Copying, scanning, and filing documents.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Experience using Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel Interpersonal and customer service skills Multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to share work among a customer service team
  • Attentiveness and patience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 2.200,00€ - 2.500,00€ per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
