Job Description:
As a Remote/Hybrid Customer Service Representative at AMENA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our international clients by ensuring excellent customer service and assisting with inquiries related to our services. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals looking to start their career in a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about AMENA's services and answer customer questions.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand how to utilize our services effectively.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the lead generation process by assisting with research and data entry tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and customer service software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
