What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Technology Delivery Manager, you will be tasked with managing the workflow, resourcing and delivery on one or more core digital products or services for our technology estate.
The main focus of this role is the management of people, budgets and risk. Specifically, you will:
- Build, maintain, motivate and manage a team
- Develop an iterative plan of work to deliver change
- Deliver complex digital projects across our organisation
- Create agile working environments, identifying people and resources for the team
- Coach and mentor team members in agile and lean tools and techniques
- Help teams organise themselves to deliver products and services that meet users’ needs
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure involvement and support for development
- Challenge and improve processes
- Guide teams through the implementation of new processes
What You Will Bring:
To be considered as our Technology Delivery Manager, you will need:
- Broad, proven experience of delivering digital projects and products
- Experience using a range of agile project management methods/frameworks for complex, high risk and/or large-scale projects
- Experience of managing, leading and motivating teams
- Experience of complex problem identification and resolution, including recognised approaches
- Experience of producing and delivering plans and reports for senior and executive teams
