At the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we are now looking for a ServiceNow Lead to join our industry-leading Technology team in a newly established role.
We’ll offer you £39,390 - £48,657 to act as the technical lead for our ServiceNow platform.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As our ServiceNow Lead, you will use your expertise to optimise the implementation, enhancement, support and upgrades of our ServiceNow platform.
To help our teams get the most out of ServiceNow, you will:
- Ensure we deliver efficient and effective IT Service Support
- Provide specialist knowledge on the features and capabilities of Service Now
- Support other teams by delivering training on how to use and develop the platform
- Develop dashboards and monitoring metrics, KPIs and service levels, providing data and reports
- Line-manage the IT Asset and Configuration Lead
What You Will Bring:
To be considered as our ServiceNow Lead, you will need:
- Demonstrable, ‘hands-on’ experience of developing the end-to-end ServiceNow implementation into an organisation
- Leadership and/or management experience
- A solid understanding of the application?development life cycle process
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript Web 2.0 Technologies (or similar programming languages)
- A Certification in the following ServiceNow courses: System Administration, Advanced Administration, Scripting in ServiceNow, and Application Creation
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
