Full job description

Mayfield Ford Lincoln is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join their team in Brampton.

The Receptionist is the face of the dealership and is responsible for greeting all customers and to perform a wide range of administrative duties.

The Receptionist works closely with all departments within the dealership and are knowledgeable in directing customers to the appropriate departments or team members.

Schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 3:30pm - 7:00pm. Friday, 3:00pm - 6:00pm. And every other Saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Job Duties:

  • Handle incoming calls, route and take messages.
  • Greeting and supporting customers.
  • Coordinating and processing customer’s payments.
  • Performing various clerical and administrative duties.
  • Maintaining the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
  • Pleasant and engaging phone manner.
