Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Specialist to join our team at Miller & Woodall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all IT-related tasks within the company, ensuring the smooth operation of our hardware and software systems. This includes setting up laptops, integrating Outlook, maintaining the website, and installing various tracking and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Management: Handle all IT-related activities within the company.
• Hardware Setup: Configure and set up laptops and other computer equipment for new and existing employees.
• Software Integration: Integrate and maintain Outlook and other software tools used by the company.
• Website Maintenance: Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date and functioning properly.
• Security Systems: Install and manage security systems including trackers, cameras, and fingerprint door locks.
• Tool Setup: Install and set up various software tools and systems such as CRM, Microsoft Office, and other basic computer tools.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to all employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• System Updates: Ensure all systems are regularly updated and secure.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures and system configurations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware.
• Experience with software integration, particularly Outlook and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with website management and basic web technologies.
• Experience installing and managing security systems, including cameras and fingerprint door locks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

• Have extensive knowledge of building a successful B2B on going email campaign.
