Pella Corporation is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant for the Eastern side of the GTA. We need a confident, outgoing individual who is self-disciplined and thrives on challenges. In-Home Sales Consultants at Pella will:

• Achieve sales targets by adhering to Pella’s In-Home Sales processed during consultations.

• Take ownership of the sales process by:

o Assessing customer needs

o Demonstrating product options and applications to determine the best fit for the customer

o Conducting accurate on-site measurement and providing quotes

o Capturing the sale and providing delivery schedule

o Follow up after product installation

• Gain new business through networking and referrals

• Utilize electronic systems and software to quote products and manage customer interactions

• Continuously strive for 100% “Very Satisfied” customers
