Grade UE04: £24,533.00 - £27,181.00 Per Annum., Pro Rata.

USG / Edinburgh Global PU.

Fixed Term Contract - July-October 2024.

Part-Time - 14 Hours Per Week.

The Opportunity:

Apply to join our team in Edinburgh Global as an IT Support Assistant .

We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to assist with procuring, building, and distributing multiple laptops, which must be available by the start of term in September to support international scholarship students.

This post is part-time (14 hours per week) and fixed term ( 29 July 2024– 11 October 2024 ).

Due to the nature of the work, hybrid working is not available for this post. The post-holder will work in the Edinburgh Global offices for all working hours.

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Understanding of administering Microsoft Windows 10 and Apple OS operating systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work as a team and collaborate on project deliverables
  • A positive and respectful attitude to all staff, students, the organisation, and external partners and suppliers.
