YOUR MISSION

We're looking for a Health and Safety Analyst who wants to join our People's team in our office Milan, Italy. If you are someone who loves working in a fast-paced startup environment, a true perfectionist, an organization freak and are passionate about Health and Safety processes, Glovo is your place!


THE JOURNEY


  • Manage and control all Health and Safety matters according to the Italian law.
  • Inspect jobs and workplaces and develop risk assessments.
  • Design and propose measures aimed at correcting the risks detected, both at a technical and organizational level, and at improving working conditions.
  • Design work instructions and revise them periodically.
  • Take care of the special vulnerability that certain groups may present (if any).
  • Carry out an investigation of occupational accidents and diseases.
  • Train and promote best practices to employees at all levels in all topics related to Health and Safety (in English).
  • Management of health surveillance.
  • Coordinate the activities to be carried out by the external H&S provider (risk assessments, medical checks, etc.).
  • Collaborate with other Team members to ensure the compliance with H&S requirements in other countries or working centers.
  • Provide advice and guidelines to stakeholders in regards to Health and Safety.
  • Participate in the elaboration of internal work regulations, as well as in the imposition of general rules and instructions on safety and health.
  • Accompany the members of the labor inspectorate during visits, providing them with the necessary documentation to support their work.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE


  • Higher education and Postgraduate in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment and work with different levels of management.
  • Thrives in ambiguity.
  • Organized, proactive and creative.
  • Hands-on profile/mindset.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office / Google Sheets knowledge (advanced).
  • English and Italian fluent (written and spoken).
